Full-time, 4-day a week, 8-4:30pm great day shift!

The NP is responsible for evaluation, treatment and referral for treatment of acute/chronic medical conditions and documentation of the same.

Responsible for providing treatment and management of work related injuries and illness through independent as well as collaborative practice.

2-3 years experience working in a physician practice/clinic  

Currently licensed with prescriptive authority in Vermont or willing to be licensed.
