Day shift plus rotating call responsibilities

Endoscopy

Urology

ENT

Podiatry

Spinals, blocks, and epidurals must be performed proficiently

Site Details

EMR: Epic

3 operating rooms

1 endoscopy room

1 interventional radiology room

Required Qualifications

ACLS

BLS

PALS through AHA

DEA

Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

Estimated credentialing timeframe 60 to 90 days

Required credentialing documents as requested by the client team
