Responsibilities and Duties - Hypertension management
- Heart failure follow-ups
- Arrhythmia monitoring
- Post-hospital discharge visits
- Medication adjustments
- Interpreting EKGs
- Reviewing labs/imaging
- Adjusting meds (beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, etc.)
- Coordinating with cardiologists if needed
