·      Start Date: As soon as credentialed and ongoing 2024/2025
·      Temp privileges available with Oregon license and clean background
·      4 days per week, 8-12 hours per day
·      25 bed facility, 3 ORs
·      Call:
o  1-2 calls per 4 day week
o  1-2, 3day weekend calls (Friday 7am thru Monday 7am)/month + working the following Monday, call light
·      Case load: general surgery, gynecology, retina, urology, plastic/breast reconstruction, ortho spine, general ortho, podiatry, dental
·      RARE trauma – mostly ortho, eye
·      No hearts, neuro, vascular
·      Travel, lodging, malpractice insurance included
