Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Telemetry and Make a Difference in Patient Care
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse - Telemetry to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced, dynamic hospital environment. Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- 2-3 years of recent telemetry experience
- BLS, PALS, NCI, and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic charting system
- Experience caring for adult and pediatric patients with a patient ratio of 1:6
- Ability to respond swiftly to codes/RRT alarms and support crash cart checks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of central pulse oximetry, BD Alaris IV pumps, and Omnicell medication systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with additional critical care equipment
- Ability to float within or below scope of practice
- Prior experience working in a hospital with a 24/7 support team including RTs, intensivists, and house supervisors
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical telemetry experience in a hospital setting
- Prior travel nursing experience is advantageous but not required
Other Requirements:
- Acceptance of first-time travel assignments
- Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility
- Ability to work a weekend rotation and participate in holiday staffing
- Successful completion of hospital orientation and preceptor shifts
- Scrub color: Ceil Blue and/or Royal Blue
- Willingness to work scheduled overtime and holidays as part of team rotation
- Start Date: May 18, 2026
