• Integrated healthcare model - FQHC
    
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, Optional Over-time hours available
    
• Collaborative Environment - working with Primary Care to find the best solution and treatment plan that addresses all areas
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  
• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking candidates welcome (not mandatory)
    
• New graduate LCSWs, LPCs, and LMSWs, all encouraged to apply
  

COMMUNITY Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  
• Southeast Idaho - 2 hours to Boise, Idaho
    
• 3 hours to World Class Skiing in Jackson Hole, WY and Salt Lake City, UT
    
• Easy weekend adventure to Yellow Stone National Park - 3.5 hrs drive
