Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2405.00 - $2478.00
Travel PT jobs in Bristol, FL offer a 13-week contract in a home health setting with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You need at least 2 years of home health experience and a current Florida license. In this role, you will visit about 5-6 patients per day, providing in-home therapy to help restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. You will drive to patient homes throughout the region and document care delivered and outcomes according to standards.
