Schedule: 35 hours per week
Facility Type: Senior living community with skilled nursing and rehabilitation services
Patient Population: Geriatric residents (short-term rehab and long-term care)
Clinical Environment: Blend of therapy-driven rehab and long-term care support Requirements:
Licensure: Active state Physical Therapist (PT) license
Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
