Federally Qualified Health Centers needing a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to deliver prevention and primary service in an outpatient clinic setting. Provide routine and preventive health care service focusing on the whole person.

4 week contract with extensions guaranteed based on good standing

Month to month schedule. APPs can request locations and shifts they prefer to work, the more flexible the better to match their schedule.

All ages. Patient ratio 3-4 and hour. Support staff includes, MA's, RN's, CNA's.
