â?¢ Types of Cases: General primary care, preventive care, chronic disease management
â?¢ Credentialing: Standard credentialing; estimated 4â??6 weeks
- Minimum Requirements for Consideration
â?¢ Board Certified/Board Eligible: Family Medicine / Primary Care
â?¢ Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
â?¢ Licensure: Oklahoma medical license required OR IMLC willing to obtain OK license
