Sheboygan area practice seeks BC/BE FM physician to join 6 FM physicians and 4 mid-level providers. This practice welcomes walk-ins. One provider covers walk-ins on a rotating basis. Rotating pager call. No inpatient call. Competitive salary, $35,000 sign-on bonus, $9000 relo with 2 year commitment, 31 days of PTO, $3000 CME, competitive guaranteed base salary plus RVU.
