A large metro hospital is seeking a GI medical director with 5-10 years of experience and academic ties. A GI fellowship program is in the planning stages and the system is looking to expand the department once a director is found. Prior leadership experience is not a requirement, but must have excellent drive and ability! The facility has all of the latest equipment with a new endoscopy suite. The system treats half a million patients each year and has a regional community teaching medical center. Historic site seeing, beaches, and mountains are all possibilities for day trips and weekend excursions from this location.
