Position Details:

  
• Start ASAP – July 29^th, 2022, **Expedited Credentialing available**

  
• Site needs coverage Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

  
• Call is 1 Weekend per month, Weekday Call is optional, Call can be taken from Home, Nighthawk service is 5:00pm – 7:00am

  
• 3.5 FTE looking to add 1 FTE or Locums Provider, takes 1 year to Partner

  
• 1 Hospital, 1 Imaging Center

  
• Diagnostic Radiology – 49.78%, CT/CTA – 27.30%, Ultrasound – 9%, MRI/MRA – 5.96%, Mammography – 4.48%, Nuclear Medicine – 1.22%, Level 1 IR – Low Complexity – 1.10%, PET Scans – 0.49%, IR Multi Level Use – 0.27%, Level 2 IR – Mid Complexity – 0.09%, Level 3 IR – High Complexity – 0.01%
