·     BC or truly BE in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine

·     If BE must be BC within 2 years of being hired

·     Seeking 7 full time providers to join a group of 10 - 12 physicians

·     Centers are traditional outpatient Urgent Care

·     Center hours: Monday – Sunday, 9am – 9pm

·     Average patient volume: 3.5 per hour

·     Support staff: 1 provider, 1 MA, clerical support and the busier centers have an NP

·     Physician will rotate between 2 center (not daily but weekly)

·     EMR: EPIC

·     Some of the UC center are located with multispecialty practice and have x-ray and lab on site. The freestanding are sent out to local facilities.

·     Completive salary- Paid an Hourly rate
