SMART is searching for an Emergency Medicine Physician for a permanent opportunity South of Lake Geneva, IL. Ideal candidates must be ABEM/AOBEM, ABFP/AOBFP with EM experience. ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NIH required.

• Permanent Compensation: Highly competitive starting salary


• Annual Volume: 6,000


• Coverage Model: 24 hr shifts 8a-8a/Possibly 12 hr shifts 8a-8p, 8p-8a


• Beds: 5 Bed ED


• EMR: EPIC


• Credentialing: 60-90 days
