Join Our Team as an RN - ER – Deliver Critical Care in a Fast-Paced Emergency Department
We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) specialized in Emergency Room (ER) care to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a difference in urgent healthcare situations, ensuring patients receive timely and compassionate treatment. Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency in using computers, healthcare software, and electronic health records
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in clinical specialty areas such as Trauma Nursing or Emergency Nursing
- Previous experience in a high-volume ER setting
- Bilingual capabilities to support diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Over two years of emergency nursing experience in a hospital or trauma center
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work a 12-hour shift schedule from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
- Willingness to work in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
- Compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
