Full-time Convenient Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed at a top facility in Vermont!

Currently looking to hire at our unique Convenient Care model located within our primary care office for first come, first serve patients.  The clinic hours will be M/W/F 11am – 8pm and Sat 8am – 1pm.  No x-ray and minimal lab abilities (as it is based out of an existing practice).  Seeking someone who is excited for an opportunity to grow the CC model/practice, someone who is flexible, innovated and motivated. There are 3 NPs and about 8 physicians in the office plus office staff, RN’s etc.

The NP/PA is responsible for acute needs treatment and referral for treatment of acute medical conditions and documentation of the same. The NP/PA will evaluate, diagnose, treat and refer using available technologies and therapeutics common the needs to acute visits.

Once year primary care experience/urgent care experience preferred.
