Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the NICU Team!

The Neonatal NP is a professional registered nurse with clinical expertise in neonatal nursing and has received formal education with supervised clinical experience in the management of level III/IV neonates. 

The NNP will exercise independent judgment in assessment, diagnosis, initiation of delegated medical procedures, and evaluation which is consistent with state nurse practice laws. 

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited NP program. Current Certification and Licesnsure as an NP in Texas. Previous experience in the NICU required.

This facility is a 190-bed pediatric tertiary care center representing more than 30 medical and surgical specialties offering care throughout the region. They are one of the first and only free-standing children's hospitals in Texas. Annually, they have close to 200,000 patients visits, including nearly 50,000 patients seen at their Children's ER.
