Required Experience & Clinical Skills

  
• Prior Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience is required
    
• Management of post?operative cardiac patients, including neonatal cardiac surgery cases
    
• Care for VAD patients and potential heart transplant patients
    
• Ventilator management proficiency
    
• Ability to perform comprehensive history and physical exams
    
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies
    
• Developing and managing patient care plans
    
• Maintaining accurate and timely EMR documentation
