Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills
- Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license or certification in good standing
- Proven experience in anesthesia administration within a clinical or surgical setting
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, pharmacology, and patient monitoring
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and high levels of professionalism
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with pediatric or obstetric anesthesia
- Proficiency in advanced airway management techniques
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred
- Prior experience in acute care or surgical settings is advantageous
Other Requirements
- Must possess or be eligible for licensure and certification in the relevant state
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel for assignments when necessary
- Maintain current CPR, ACLS, and other relevant certifications as required
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all regulatory standards
