Location: Georgia (Hospital-Based)
Dates: July 2025, ongoing (1 week per month)
Schedule: Call Only (No Clinic)
Compensation: Competitive (Travel, Lodging & Malpractice Insurance Provided)

Job Description:
Health Wise is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Ophthalmologist for an exciting locum tenens opportunity in Georgia. The position offers a flexible schedule of 1 week per month with call-only coverage — no clinic duties.

Position Highlights:
Emergency Consults: Manage emergency eye conditions, including ocular trauma and eye ruptures.
Ocular Trauma Management: Experience with open globe injuries and general ophthalmology required.

Qualifications:
- Active Georgia medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- IMLC state
- Board Certified or Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Experience with eye trauma is preferred.
