Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Location: Darien, CT
Schedule:

• 3 – 12.5-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays

• Rotates between day and night shifts (day: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM; night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

• Candidates must be able to rotate between day and night shifts

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 for new grads

• $15,000 for 1–2 years of experience

• $20,000 for 2+ years of experience

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Darien, CT. The RT will provide patient-centered respiratory care, assist with critical care procedures, and support hospital operations across day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions according to protocols.

• Administer respiratory therapies, ventilator care, and other specialized treatments.

• Assist physicians and clinical staff during procedures and emergencies.

• Maintain accurate patient records and document all treatments.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current Connecticut Respiratory Therapist license required

• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred

• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
