Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals -
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, work skills, and overall function -
Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed -
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care -
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques -
Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards -
Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement activities, and interdisciplinary rounds
