Work Schedule

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $66,500 – $87,360 annually

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, work skills, and overall function

  • Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques

  • Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards

  • Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement activities, and interdisciplinary rounds
