A nonprofit organization in Maryland is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing Outpatient team in Bethesda.
About the Opportunity:
- State Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (two shifts per week will be 11am to 7pm)
- Setting: School
- Population: Adults
Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for:
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times
- Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager (may include utilization review, infection control, disaster preparedness, etc.)
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- MD Physical Therapist (PT) license
- CPR certification
