We are looking for a full-time, nights, 7p-7a, Hospice Nurse for Hospice facility care. The registered nurse plans, organizes, and directs hospice care services and is experienced in nursing, emphasizing community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the community's resources to plan and execute services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor or AdministratorThe Hospice Nurse - RN (Registered Nurse) utilizes the Case Management Recipe to facilitate comprehensive nursing assessment, planning, and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families following the interdisciplinary plan of care and regulatory requirements. RN (Registered Nurse) license in state(s) practicing.
Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Direct patient care in the state
Previous experience in hospice, geriatrics, and end-of-life care nursing
