Description
We are seeking a Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner for a 13-day assignment in Texas, starting Jul 20, 2026. This role involves 13-hour PM shifts from 7p-8a, where you will manage complex pediatric patient needs, including those with stable VADs, trach/ventilator dependence, and requiring management of chest tubes and external pacing wires.
Responsibilities and Duties - Manage stable VADs (Ventricular Assist Devices)
- Care for trach/ventilator dependent patients
- Administer inotropic infusions: Milrinone and Dopamine
- Manage and remove chest tubes
- Manage external pacing wires (AAI mode only)
- Care for patients with stable peritoneal dialysis
Additional Information - Board Certification: Acute Care Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-AC)
