•  Start as soon as credentialed – average 90 days
•  $440/hour, $2,400/24 hour Call, $360/hour Callback
•  Ambulatory clinic, OR procedures (bread and butter), hospital call
•  Procedures: cystoscopy in office
•  No peds
•  Monday-Friday or 7+ day block
•  20 shifts available per month
•  Travel, lodging, malpractice insurance provided
