Responsibilities: 

• Obtain comprehensive medical histories and performs physical examinations and assessments
• orders appropriate diagnostic test 
• Analyzes data results or patient examinations and diagnostic tests to correctly diagnose and manage patients 
• Collaborates with physicians to verify diagnosis and to identify high-risk situations

Qualifications:

• Certification by a national nursing certifying body in their specific practice of nurse practice. 
• Nurse Practitioners must have or be able to obtain DEA registration if required by their supervising Physician within six (6) months from their first day of employment.
• ACLS and PALS certification Preferred
