Locum Tenens Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity in West Virginia We are currently seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist for a locum tenens assignment near Whitman, WV. Assignment Details: Specialty: Pediatric Hospitalist Start Date: February 6, 2024 Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift (5x12-Hour: 19:00 - 07:00) Work Details: Support staff during standard work week: 2 seniors, 2 interns, 2-3 students (will supervise and round with the residents) Activation of a second attending-only team if census exceeds 20 Patients per day: 12-20 Patient population/age: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents Department description: Provide care including admissions, daily progress notes, and discharges for a variety of pediatric patients with consultations available from subspecialties. EMR: EPIC Hospital bed size: 30 Teaching hospital experience required. Requirements: Board Certification: Required License required: West Virginia (WV) - Willing to license.
