MANDATED Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in BOTH Hematology and Oncology - Required
- Active OR license - Required at time of submission
- Clean background/no malpractice - Highly Preferred
- Self Query - NPDB at time of presentation - Required
- CAQH login and password - Required at time of offer
- Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privilege

Job Description:
As a member of the clinical patient care team, the Oncologist/Hematologist will perform tasks and procedures consistent with their training and licensure. The EMR system used is EPIC.
Experience:
- Demonstrated practice-building experience
- Practicing radiation oncology with a strong record, or an excellent recent graduate
