Locum Tenens Opportunity: Emergency Medicine Physician Location: MinnesotaRegion: Near Nisswa, MN Default Rate Type: Hourly Start Date: ASAPNumber of Providers Needed: 2 Shift Type: Varied (Both days and nights, 12-hour shifts) Weekend Requirements: Part of schedule MANDATED Job Requirements: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with ED experience Active MN License, OR IMLC (Must have LOQ in hand at time of submission) ACLS, PALS, ATLS, or CALS with Trauma component certification Active DEA Must state availability of dates (how many shifts per month) for ongoing coverage Clean Background/malpractice Disclose if provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility Covid vaccinated Job Description: Starting ASAP, specific dates TBD 4-6 shifts per month 12-hour shifts, both days and nights Physician role PRN job - 1-2 shifts per month Average number of admissions per day: 1-2 Support Staff: 2 RNs and 1 CNA ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification required ER Volume: 10,000 Annually No call required EMR: Meditech Located near Nisswa, MN For Inquiries, Please Contact:MD Staff at 770.772.4558Email: xxxxxxxxxxx* reference Job ID #j-176520
