14,664 Yearly Volume (40 pts/day)
Admission Rate: 7%
ED Beds: 10
12 hours of APP coverage
Shifts 8a-8p & 8p-8a 12-hour shifts
EMR: Center
Must participate in EDAP & Acute Stroke Ready Hospital Initiatives
Trauma Designation: Stroke Center
Subspecialty Backup: ENT; Peds; GI; Optho; Ortho; Surgery; Behavior Health; Obstetrics
Shifts beginning September 2024. Once provider is accepted and moved into credentialing, can start offering tentative shifts.
Skills
ABEM w/ 2 Years Experience.
Notes
Must have ACLS & BLS or willing to certify before credentialing.
Must have IL license or IMLC licensure.
