Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $272,300 " $371,300 DOE
Performance bonus: Up to $32,000 annually
Sign-on bonus available
Loan repayment eligible (FQHC program)
Generous PTO: 4"6 weeks + 9 paid holidays
$5,000 CME allowance annually
$5,000 board certification bonus

Practice Highlights
Outpatient-only practice " no inpatient call
Flexible schedule: 4x10 or 5x8 options
Patient volume: 20"22 patients per day

Key Responsibilities
Manage a panel of primary care patients and provide comprehensive care
Treat acute conditions, chronic diseases, and preventive health needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
Help improve patient outcomes and quality of care
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Active California Physician & Surgeon License (or ability to obtain)
BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
