We are currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice near Elizabethtown, IN. This locum tenens position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated physician to become part of a busy practice comprised of four physicians and two advanced practice providers.   Work Schedule:

  
  
  
  
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  
  
  • Weekday call is rotated among physicians on a 1:7 basis.
  
  
  • Weekend call rotation is 1:14.

  Patient Volume and Scope:

  
  
  
  
  • Manage an average outpatient volume of 20 - 25 patients per day, ensuring personalized and attentive care.
  
  
  • No inpatient work or OB responsibilities.
  
  
  • Common diagnoses include diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and wellness visits.

  • Utilize on-site lab and imaging services to enhance the efficiency of diagnostic processes.
