Assignment Highlights:
- Flexible commitment: 2–4 weeks per month for an ongoing assignment.
- Low acuity, low volume pediatric beeper call — no adult call required.
- Mixed case schedule: 75% adult OR cases, 25% pediatric OR cases.
- 518-bed Level II trauma center with full hospital support staff.
- Travel and lodging covered.The rest of the details:
- Location: East Texas
- Duration: July – Ongoing
- Shift: Scheduled OR cases + pediatric pager call (weekends)
- Scope: Adult and pediatric scheduled OR cases | Pediatric call only (NICU/PICU coverage) | Must be comfortable with premature infants (24 weeks)
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: Board Certified, Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship required, active Texas license preferred (IMLC may be considered)
