DETAILS:
- Comprehensive physical assessment; evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patient's mental health conditions
- Collaboration with Primary Care Providers and Mental Health Services
- Prescribing and referring patients for specialized consultation
- Will serve as Director of the Behavioral Health Department and directly assist in the development of behavioral health services onsite
- Experience in a community health setting REQUIRED</li>
