Could we make a few changes on the practice description since we would like them to see some general cardiology patients when they have time.

Update on Coverage:
Patients per day - change from 2-4 to 5-10.
Practice Type - Include non-invasive
Case Load - Non-invasive - 20%; Invasive 40%, interventional 40%
Please mark Nuclear cardiology as preferred.
ACLS/BLS is required
Locums must be able to do TEEs.

•  Must have a Pennsylvania DEA
•  Must have a Pennsylvania state license
•  Must have malpractice insurance in the amounts of $1,000,000 in indemnity limits per occurrence and $3,000,000 in indemnity in the aggregate and DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center must be listed as the certificate holder
•  Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
