NEW Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Opportunity | Full Time (Days/Evenings)

Overview:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg unit to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and coordinating treatment while working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Permanent placement only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Communicate updates to physicians, patients, and families
  • Coordinate care and support patient discharge planning
  • Delegate tasks to LPNs/CNAs while maintaining accountability
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care standards

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (ND or compact)
  • BLS certification (or obtained during orientation)
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities
