Key Responsibilities
Apply the nursing process to provide high-quality care to patients in crisis and emergency situations.
Adapt quickly to rapidly changing patient and unit needs through critical thinking and problem-solving.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall patient care.
Educate patients and families while ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Qualifications
Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
Life Support: American Heart Association BLS (Healthcare Provider).
Experience: Recent experience in Emergency Nursing and recent acute care hospital experience (within the last 5 years).
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS and PALS (or ENPC) certifications (required within 6 months to 1 year of hire).
TNCC certification (required within 1 year of hire).
National certification in emergency nursing (CEN or equivalent).
Workplace violence training (SAFE or equivalent).
