Overview:
A hospital-based outpatient clinic is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to provide full-time coverage. This role focuses exclusively on outpatient care, managing a mix of oncology and hematology cases in a supportive clinical environment.

$500/hr, orientation $250/hr. Holiday 1.5x

Assignment Details:
Start: As soon as credentialed
Duration: 2–4 months

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No call
No inpatient responsibilities

Practice Details:
Setting: Outpatient clinic (hospital-based)
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: Care manager RN, medical assistants, infusion nurses

Patient Volume:
Approximately 15–18 patients per day

Case Mix:
60% Oncology
40% Hematology

Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients undergoing treatment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology – Required
Fellowship trained – Required
Active Washington License or IMLC – Required
DEA – Required
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required
