Idaho - Pediatrics Opportunity | $250K+ Base + $50K Sign-On + 4-Day Flex Schedule

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-focused role with no inpatient responsibilities


• Flexible schedule: 36 patient hours + 4 admin


• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm


• Call: 1:6 rotation


• Patient volume: 25–30 per day


• Join a team of 5 Pediatricians with full clinical support (RN, MA, front office)


• Dedicated VFC coordinator supporting vaccine programs


• Opportunity created by a planned physician retirement, allowing for continuity and ramp-up

Compensation & Benefits

• $250K+ base salary + wRVU incentives OR pure production model
