Position Highlights

• Flexible schedule: 36 patient-facing hours + 4 admin


• Clinic hours: Mon–Thurs 8–5, Fri 8–12


• Foot & Ankle focus with option to include general orthopedics


• Average 15–20 patients per day


• Call:


• Foot/Ankle only: ~10 days/month


• General ortho: 1:7 rotation


• Established orthopedic department including spine, hand, and general surgeons


• Full clinic and administrative support (RNs, MAs, referral/auth team)

Compensation & Benefits

• $430K+ base salary + wRVU incentives OR pure production model


• $50K sign-on bonus
