Required Skills:
- Valid RN License in the practicing state
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Proficiency with EPIC documentation system
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to utilize computers, software, and web-based applications effectively
- Good judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in a clinical nursing specialty area
- Experience with interdisciplinary teaching and patient education
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a nursing team
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or higher
- Prior ICU experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work night shift (12-hour shift schedule)
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and exert force as needed
- Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials
- Flexibility to travel or relocate if applicable
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $54.31, with work scheduled for the night shift on a 12-hour rotation, starting May 4, 2026.
