Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Kingman, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical function and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and rehabilitation objectives.
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address patient progress and response to therapy.
• Provide hands-on therapy, using techniques such as manual therapy, exercise, and modalities to aid in patient recovery.
• Educate patients on exercises, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Monitor and document patient progress using the Meditech EMR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care and address interdisciplinary needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing encouragement and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Stay current with continuing education to maintain and enhance physical therapy knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• New graduates are welcome to apply – mentorship and training will be provided.
• Experience with Meditech EMR system is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for patient care and rehabilitation with a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
