4 - 10 hour days (pick your day off during the week)
Each physician will have 2-MA’s 1- NP- 1 LPN
25 patients / day (if they choose to see more that is where the encounter comes in)
Medical Records – CPSI Rural Health Medical Record system
Coverage 1:3 (BUT they do not get called out they round on the patients during the day average daily census is *6*)
    ER physician takes care of any issues after 5pm

Adding:  Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med Peds

Base salary 347K (with additional for encounter ~410K)
