• 4-10’s or 5-8’s / week
  


• Monday - Friday you round on your own patients - if you have any admitted.
  


• Weekend coverage is 1:4 (8-10 patients)
  


• NP Hospitalist on staff that does ordering, H&P, Discharge Summary, etc. so you only see the patients and give the NP hospitalist directions/orders.
  


• Hospital built a new Rehab Center in 2020 and did an 11M dollar expansion of the hospital adding a new Medical Center.

Benefits:
