Making Opportunity Count is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional with one of the following licenses:

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
This role is hybrid with an in-person at our Fitchburg location required. We are also looking for someone who is multilingual as a preferred qualification.

Medicare Billing Requirement:
Candidates must be eligible to enroll as Medicare providers under their current Massachusetts licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT). Successful candidates will be required to complete the Medicare credentialing process if not already enrolled.

Pay Range: $62,900 to $85,100 annually
Reports To: Counseling Center Clinical Director

Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing outpatient behavioral health counseling to clients through individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
Provide direct therapy to clients in a person-centered manner that meets their needs and aligns with best practice standards
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, care providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate high quality communication, support, and coordination of care
Act as an essential member of the clinical team through regular collaboration with in-office providers and participation in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions
Maintain client records in accordance with quality standards; complete clinical documentation including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Work proactively with billing personnel to secure payor authorizations  
Conduct crisis interventions as needed, including participation in the after-hours on- call rotation
Provide clinical supervision to staff or interns, as assigned
Participate in MOC’s utilization review and quality assurance activities
Adhere to all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and professional ethics standards

Compensation:
A salary within the range of $62,900 to $85,100 annually will be provided to the successful candidate having met the minimum requirements for the position consistent with the MOC compensation philosophy. The candidate’s exact placement will be determined based on factors consistent with MOC’s compensation framework. MOC offers a competitive benefits package including:

Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Licensure as described above
Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy)
Knowledge and experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and client populations
Ability to work both in the office and remotely from home
Strong computer skills including an ability to host telehealth sessions and use electronic health records  
Excellent organizational and communication skills  
Able to work both independently and in a team setting

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
