Job Responsibilities:

• Perform gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens
• Assist with autopsies, including evisceration and prosection
• Prepare tissue samples for microscopic examination
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain laboratory compliance
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab staff, and medical professionals

Qualifications:

     ASCP-certified Pathologists’ Assistant (PA-ASCP) required
     Master's degree from an accredited Pathologists' Assistant program
     Strong knowledge of grossing techniques, anatomy, and pathology
     Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
     Prior experience in a high-volume lab preferred
