Full-time Coumadin Nurse Practitioner needed at a top facility in Southern Oregon!

No new grads, must have anticoagulation experience. 

Clinic is open 8am – 6pm. Will be responsible for anticoagulation assessments for patients taking Coumadin or Warfarin, including education and/or treatment for acute and chronic health problems along with preventative care. This is a 0.75 FTE position. Shifts are 10 hours.
