Job Title: Licensed Group Therapist (LICSW or LPC)

Position Type: Full-Time Contract

Location: Boston, Massachusetts


Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic mental health team. The successful candidate will provide expert group therapy services in a collaborative setting, contributing to the recovery and well-being of our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and facilitate therapeutic group sessions tailored to meet clients’ mental health needs.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

  • Adhere to all licensing, ethical, and organizational policies and procedures.



Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Valid licensure as an LICSW or LPC in the state of Massachusetts.

  • Proven experience in group therapy, ideally within a behavioral health or outpatient setting.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations.

  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention.

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.



Qualifications Preferred:


  • Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient mental health setting.

  • Certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, etc.).
