Job Title: Licensed Group Therapist (LICSW or LPC)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic mental health team. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid licensure as an LICSW or LPC in the state of Massachusetts.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications Preferred:
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient mental health setting.
- Certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, etc.).
